Thank you for your interest in Milestones. Information for enrolling at each location can be found below.

All current families will complete their enrollment through our online family portal. Families NEW to Milestones will complete the application below. Space is limited, please call the school to check class availability prior to applying; application fees are non-refundable. Applications must be completed prior to a tour being scheduled. Once the application is received and reviewed, Milestones Academy will call to set up a tour of our campus. You can find general information about our school under the Elementary tab located above.

All families re-enrolling should complete the intent form provided by your child's teacher and return it to the school. All NEW families will complete the intent form below as well as schedule a time to tour our facility and discuss your child's needs.
