2024-2025 Enrollment
Current Milestones families are able to secure their child's spot for the 2024-2025 school year starting February 1st. Our open enrollment period for all interested families will begin on March 1st. Information for enrolling at each location can be found below.

You can find general information about our school under the Elementary tab located above. All current families will complete their enrollment through our online family portal. Families NEW to Milestones will complete the application below. Applications must be completed prior to a tour being scheduled. Once the application is received, Milestones Academy will call to set up a meeting with our Director, Elizabeth Elks.

All families re-enrolling should complete the intent form provided by your child's teacher and return it to the school. All NEW families will complete the intent form below as well as schedule a time to tour our facility and discuss your child's needs with the Director, Jamie McRacken.
